Probably the closest I've ever gotten to speed painting. If I hadn't had to redo the face, it would have probably been a couple of hours, tops.

This is from the 1/2 Prince manga. It's NOT my lineart, just my coloring, mostly for practice. Yes, the chara is a boy (mwhahaha, I love bafflers). The manga is quite wonderful, I'd definitely recommend it.

As for the painting job here - the eyes are really the only thing I'm happy with *fail*

I have no idea! It's usually shortened to Gui (which I've always pronounced with a hard 'g' as rhyming with 'tree' (or 'pee' if you like)), but it's only written with no anime, so I don't know.

At a guess... Gee-li-as-tos, maybe?

Isn't he just? I couldn't resist the urge to color him when I saw that page!
